UFC Women’s 135 rankings

By Josh Reese

The very 1st ever UFC women’s Bantamweight rankings came out, and we all know who number 1…is. Of course the arm collector Ronda Rousey (7-0) 9 other women made the cut. Check out the rankings and see what you think.

2 – Miesha Tate 13-3
3 – Liz Carmouche 8-3
4 – Sarah Kaufman 15-2
5 – Alexis Davis 13-5
6 – Cat Zingano 7-0
7 – Sara McMann 6-0
8 – Julie Kedzie 16-11
9 – Amanda Nunes 7-3
10- Germaine de Randamie 3-2

With a new division everything is open to opinion, sure before the Rousey vs. Carmouche, Carmouche was a fringe top 10 fighter but going the longest with the champ and putting the champ in her 1st real danger… That earns her respect, I might have gone with a top 5 but I can understand the 3 seed ranking. Tate I can understand the number one contender ranking. She is the ex champ, she like Carmouche was the only one able to last more then a minute with Rousey and she looked great in her come back fight. The only real head scratcher was Germaine de Randamie she has been a Featherweight recently but like mentioned earlier its all new and we will see as more ladies are added.
