Robbie Lawler (19-8-1NC) and Lorenz Larkin (12-0-1NC) have been added to the StrikeForce 41 card, taking place in Portland’s Rose garden. StrikeForce CEO Scott Coker confirmed the fight on a media call for the upcoming StrikeForce Heavyweight grand prix.
Lawler a UFC, Elite XC, and StrikeForce veteran has held Elite’s Middleweight belt and has fought for StrikeForce’s Middleweight belt, but came up short against Ronaldo Souza. Since fighting for the belt he is 1-1 with a decision loss to Tim Kennedy and a win via TKO against Adlan Amagov.
Larkin will make a trip down to 185 after a No Contest loss to King Mo (tested positive for Drostanolone) before that loss he was 12-0, with 3 wins on StrikeForce’s Challenger card. If you combine Larkin’s amateur record with his pro record he would be an amazing 22-0-1NC.
