Kenny Florian (14-6) was now officially retired from fighting, Florian will always remain a fan favorite. He was part of the first ever season of “The Ultimate Fighter” although he lost the finale against Diego Sanchez. Florian was never able to capture the elusive championship belt, with two tires at Lightweight and one at Featherweight, losing to Sean Sherk, B.J. Pnn at Lightweight and Jose Aldo at Featherweight.
Florian has worked as a broadcaster mainly lately and has contributed to ESPN and with the UFC for some of the shows. Florian also runs Florian Martial Arts in Massachusetts, the question now should Florian be in the hall of fame? With no belt in 3 tires, it is unlikely but he did contribute much to the sport we all love!
