Dhiego Lima Now Without Opponent For MFC 32

By: Mike Thorwart

According to MFC officials, Dhiego Lima (6-0 MMA, 3-0 MFC) has lost his opponent at MFC 32, Bruno Carvalho (13-5 MMA, 0-0 MFC) due to a knee injury. At this moment, they do not have a replacement however, according to the MFC’s Twitter feed, they will have a replacement soon.

Lima, who has won all three fights within the MFC, is one of the fastest rising welterweights in the world. All six of his professional victories have come either by submission (4) or KO (2).

MFC 32, Bitter Rivals will be at the Mayfield Trade Center in Edomonton, Alberta Canada on January 27th, 2012. It will also be broadcasted live on HDNET.

This Saturday, I will have MFC President, Mark Pavelich and MFC fighters, Wilson Gouveia & Jamie Toney on the Cage Talk Podcast. Hopefully, by then we will have an announcement on Lima’s new opponent. Listen to Cage Talk this weekend for the updates!

As Fat Ninja Media gets updated on this situation, so will you.
