July 11, 2012 at HP Pavilion in San Jose, California will be the site of Fuel tv 4 and it James Te-Huna just got another fighter. After his most recent opponent Brandon Vera got pulled to face Maurício Rua on the main card as the headlining fight a month later on FOX. Te-Huna will now face ex UFCer Joey Beltran after his one fight away form the organization, is being brought back on short notice to fight on the Fuel main card at light heavyweight.
Beltran a former UFC Heavyweight went 3-4 in the organization, is the owner of one the hardest chins in the game and one of the more exciting fighters in the company always brings his fists with him. He only has been knocked out once in his career and that came form Lavar Johnson, before that he lost a unanimous decision to current undefeated prospect Stipe Miocic. Those two losses earned him his release and now he is on a new path at light heavyweight with a unanimous decision win against Anton Talamante at C3 fights.
Te-Huna not a young prospect, but is a interesting fighter. This will be his second time fighting outside of his home country of Australia, his last time outside of the country resulted in a KO win against Ricardo Romero. The fight after that was his most recent and he ended Aaron Rosa’s UFC career via a TKO. Te-Huna is a pretty well rounded fighter and will provide a top notch competition for Beltran’s return fight to the octagon
