Bellator brought the hammer on Thursday, the only knock on the whole card is that half of the card the prelims were on the internet on Fact is this was the best card of the year top to bottom, while it lacked title fights it made up with action in every fight!

The Light Heavyweight semifinal between Mikhail Zayats and Jacob Noe were two guys that made it past guys they weren’t suppose to. Zayats locked on an armbar after top position and it was a quick tap. Welterweight semifinalist Douglas Lima took on injury replacement Bryan Baker and Lima looked far and above better then replacement Baker and bested him in the 1st round.

The shocker of the night and of the tournament was between King MO and Emanuel Newton and while it was a back and forth striking match. MO left his hands down and seconds left he was on the ground via a spinning back fist (epic finish)

The season 7 Featherweight tournament was finally concluded, home town favorite Rad Martinez was not able to get past Russian Shahbulat Shamhalaev. Martinez was not able to implement his game plan and the Striker got the 100,000 dollar check and the right to face the Featherweight champion.
